Dr. Emile Brown is a Baltimore native and board‑certified plastic surgeon known for creating refined, natural‑looking results through a blend of surgical precision and artistic vision. Dr. Brown earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University before returning home to attend the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he graduated first in his class. His path to plastic surgery was shaped early by two powerful influences: a father who served the community as a dedicated pediatrician, inspiring a lifelong commitment to medicine, and a mother who is an artist, nurturing his appreciation for balance, form, and beauty.
He completed his plastic surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, a rigorous citywide program that provided advanced training across several of the region’s most prestigious institutions, including the Curtis National Hand Center, R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, and University of Maryland Medical Center. This diverse experience gave Dr. Brown an exceptional foundation in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.
Following residency, Dr. Brown pursued advanced aesthetic fellowship training at Harvard, spending a dedicated year focused exclusively on cosmetic plastic surgery. During this time, he refined his expertise in procedures of the face, breast, and body, developing the technical mastery and aesthetic judgment required to achieve consistently elegant, natural results.
