Samantha Slater
Samantha Slater
Samantha Slater is the Practice Manager and Patient Care Coordinator at Charm City Plastic Surgery. Her experience in a variety of medical practices, including dermatology, ophthalmology, and cosmetic surgery, make her extremely versatile when it comes to handling patient needs. Her warm and down-to-earth personality help to make patients at ease from the moment they walk in the door. She is an excellent photographer and has an artistic eye, which help steer the practice branding, social media, and marketing.
Samantha lives with her family on Kent Island; even though it is a commute, she can’t think of another place she’d rather work. She spends her time reading, listening to music, sewing and spending her time with friends and family.

Lindsay Pisanic
Lindsay Pisanic
Lindsay graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with her Bachelor’s Degree in public health and a minor in social work. After graduation, Lindsay worked at a dermatology office where she started to fall in love with skin care. She received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University in 2022 where she served as her class president. Lindsay specializes in injectables, PRP, and being a surgical assistant to Dr. Emily in the OR. She was a former Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader from 2010-2014 where she cheered them to their 2013 Super Bowl win against the San Francisco 49ers in New Orleans. Lindsay currently lives in Baltimore and enjoys vacationing, trying new restaurants, and walking her fur baby, Quavo, around the city.

Tara Fox
Tara Fox
Tara is a licensed medical aesthetician specializing in corrective skincare. Expertly blending medical and holistic modalities, she empowers patients to understand and evolve their skincare routines, especially through life's transitions. Certified in menopausal skincare and advanced techniques like buccal massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and facial sculpting massage, Tara helps patients achieve significant, lasting results. A 2008 graduate of the Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, she recognizes that skin health requires targeted external treatments and internal nurturing. When she's not in the treatment room, she's staying active, enjoying the outdoors, and sipping mocktails.

Lauri Leight
Lauri Leight
Lauri Leight, LE, is our medical aesthetician at Charm City Plastic Surgery. She has over 25 years of experience in medical-grade skincare. She customizes treatments to fit the needs and goals of each patient and has an excellent knowledge base in treating different skin types and conditions. She performs microneedling as well as a variety of chemical peels at our practice.
Having battled with acne in her late teens, Lauri became a medical aesthetician after seeing the difference medical-grade skincare made to her own skin. She graduated from Von Lee School of Aesthetics and has worked solely in Plastic Surgery practices since then.
In her free time, Lauri loves to attend rock concerts both locally and abroad. She lives on her boat with her husband George, just one block away from Charm City Plastic Surgery. Not a bad commute!

Kennedy graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and completed an internship with the General Surgery Department at The George Washington University Hospital, where she discovered her passion for healthcare, surgery, and aesthetics! Originally from York, PA, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a love for patient care & aesthetics to the front desk at Charm City Plastic Surgery. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, her cat Luna, and exploring Baltimore!

Jennifer McCarthy
Jenn grew up in Ellicott City, where she went to high school with Rebekah. Jenn graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2017 and works full-time doing supply chain at Northrop Grumman. In her free time, Jenn can be seen at Pilates House, shopping in Harbor East, taking naps with her cat Maui Jim, or at BWI traveling somewhere. Jenn lives her life by the motto, “you can either let it happen or you can make it happen”.

Rebekah Wendt

Rebekah grew up in Ellicott City, but currently lives in Catonsville with her husband, Brock, and two cats, Marlin and Maisy. She came to this office unexpectedly and ended up leaving with an opportunity to not only work here, but create friendships with the rest of the team. She was a Theatre Performance Major at Salisbury University and enjoys any chance to do something creative. She spends her free time doing hair and makeup, singing, playing soccer, and spending quality time with her husband, friends, and family.
